The herbs in this tea blend are intentionally and thoughtfully blended to support us on our fertility journeys. Lady’s Mantle has long been considered the herb for restoring fertility to the womb. Because of its astringency and tonifying properties it can bring wholeness and health to the womb space. Red Clover is also used a a fertility promoter here. Its high vitamin content is beneficial to the uterus, and its high mineral content helps to promote balanced hormonal function. It also contains high levels of absorbable calcium and magnesium which supports fertility and the nervous system, which is especially helpful during a time of trying to conceive. Red Clover and Peppermint work very well together not only because their flavors compliment each other, but because peppermints are a very safe sexual stimulant. Lastly, Marshmallow and Linden are included to balance the affects of the other herbs in this blend, to provide nourishment, and to soothe the nervous system and relax the heart and mind.
